GCSE Results 2019
Another very successful year for our Year 11 students. Over 200 grade 9s were awarded to our students and over 50 students achieved an average grade of 7 or higher (equivalent to old A-A*). Almost half of all grades awarded were 9-7.
In the core subjects of English and Maths, an excellent 90% of students achieved a grade 4 or better (equivalent to a C grade) and 76% achieved grade 5 and above.
The average attainment score of 6.3 shows the consistently high attainment of our students, particularly since we are a non-selective school.
One of the most notable aspects of school performance has been consistency: the Progress 8 score has been +0.8 for the past three years, meaning that Sandringham students achieve on average nearly a grade higher at Sandringham than their peers with the same start point nationally.

A Level Results 2019
Students across the BeauSandVer Education Trust achieved high levels of academic attainment, supporting their next steps to university and apprenticeships. Three students achieved straight A* grades and over 50 students achieved at least three A grades.
There were a diverse set of destinations this year, including students studying medicine and geography at Cambridge and PPE at Oxford. The Arts, social sciences and STEM were all represented with students reading subjects from politics to engineering, from maths to contemporary dance at Trinity Laban.
At Sandringham, 100% of students passed their A Levels with grades A*-E. 37% of all grades were A*-A and over 66% A*-B and 87% A*-C with average points scored being 40 (a grade B).
