Year 7 Virtual Induction Day July 9th
Welcome to your Year 7 Virtual Induction Day. Today we will be giving you some sample lessons and work that will give you a flavour of life in Year 7. We do look forward to welcoming you, in person, on Thursday September 3rd.

Today’s Induction Day Timetable
Please work through the tasks below using the guidance during the session timeframe. Complete the tasks either on paper or on your device/computer and bring them to your first school day in September. If you finish early, then please complete some additional reading around the subject area. We have arranged the school day as it will be in September so you can get familiar with the timings of the day. We understand that some of you may not be able to follow the timetable below on July 9th so just complete the tasks when you have time to do so.
For Session 1 this morning, you have Mathematics. Session 1 lasts from 8.45am – 9.45am.
For Session 2 you have English. There are 2 tasks to complete. Session 2 lasts from 9.50am – 10.50am
It’s now time to have a break – go get yourself a refreshment and be back for 11.10am
For Session 3 you have Science. Session 3 lasts from 11.10am – 12.10pm
For Session 4 you have Design & Technology. Complete the task using the resource provided (if you can print it, if not, just copy it out). Session 4 lasts from 12.15pm – 1.15pm.
It is now lunchtime so go grab yourself some lunch and be back for 2pm!
For Session 5 you have Modern Foreign Languages – so either French (A half) or German (B half). Work through the appropriate task. Session 5 lasts from 2.00pm – 3pm.
